Healed After Fall on Ice

This winter, while it was still very cold and icy, as I was coming in from feeding the birds and all the squirrels within miles, I tripped over a chunk of ice that was hiding from the previous light snow the day before.And much to my surprise! I went down fast and hard! I rolled onto my back and just wanted to stay there because no one could hear my cry for help. Suddenly, I heard loudly, “You didn’t fall; get up now!” I quickly rolled back onto all fours and got up by myself! As I was rolling, I thought of Mrs. Eddy and how she taught us to get right up if you fall.

My knees were very wet, but they did not hurt. I was dazed, but I went right inside and texted my practitioner. Places on my body started to hurt but went quickly away after my practitioner returned my text immediately: “You could never fall out of God’s care, and you were doing kind things for His kingdom. God protects you in this work.” Then she quotes, “One cannot suffer as the result of any labor of love, but grows stronger for it.”( p 387 S&H). As I sat in my lovely chair, an idea for a church came to me, so I went to my computer and wrote out the idea we used on Sunday.
