Severe Headache Healed

A few days ago, I had a severe headache that lasted all day, and as a result, I didn’t seem to do anything right. It was getting worse and worse as the day went by. When I finally got home, I sat down and started thinking about it. I realized that when the negative suggestion first came to my thought, I failed to oppose it with absolute truth. Instead, I was listening and believing the lie calling itself a headache. At that moment, I asked myself, “Who am I? Am I a mortal who can get sick and suffer, or am I the immortal, beloved child of God, in whom He is well pleased?” That moment was the turning point. As I continued to commune with God, the headache instantly disappeared! I was amazed at how instantly it happened.

Another big lesson I learned from this experience was that no matter how long error manages to linger around, when Truth appears, the error disappears into nothingness. A single truth declared with honesty and understanding is more powerful than all the false beliefs in the world. Truth is like a grain of mustard seed that is so small, but when it is planted, it grows to become a giant tree and bears much fruit.
