Severe Internal Pain Healed

I would like to share my gratitude for my practitioner’s prayers and all I am learning here at our Plainfield Christian Science Church, Independent. I had a very quick healing the other day of a severe internal pain. I attribute this immediate healing to the quiet work of my practitioner and remembering to pray for myself. We were in a gathering and I didn’t want to disrupt the activity at the moment by leaving the room. My practitioner was nearby, which gave me confidence, as I prayed from something by Bicknell Young about Jesus looking up and giving thanks because it is God doing the what, when, where, how, and why. I didn’t have to change anything. The pain subsided and when it started to return I prayed again knowing it is always God doing the work and that I was safe right where I was. The pain left instantly without a trace! I was so grateful and continue to be grateful for progress in knowing and loving our Father-Mother God who never leaves us alone.
